RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – AUREEKA JEWELS

At Aureeka Jewels, your satisfaction matters to us. We take great care in packing every order. If you still face any issue, our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to be clear, transparent, and fair to both our customers and our business.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
- A return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted only for unused products in original condition.
- Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1, combo offers, or promotional deals are eligible for store credit (Aureeka Wallet) only.
- Products sold at a discounted or strike-through price (without coupon usage) are eligible for return.
- Any freebie received with the order must be returned along with the product.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
- Unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items
- (Video must clearly show the sealed package being opened)
Failure to meet these conditions may result in rejection of the return request.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Go to the Return / Exchange section on the Aureeka Jewels App or Website
- Enter your Order ID and registered mobile number
- Select the item(s) you wish to return
- Choose a return reason and upload minimum two clear images
- Confirm pickup address and preferred pickup date
- Submit the request for review
Once approved, our pickup partner will collect the item.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product pickup and quality verification
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via UPI or bank transfer
- Refunds for offer-based purchases are issued as store credit
REFUND DEDUCTIONS & COD CHARGES
- All approved refunds will be processed after deducting applicable GST, as per government regulations.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the COD service charge is non-refundable.
- Only the actual product price (excluding GST, COD charges, shipping charges, or convenience fees, if any) will be eligible for refund.
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved by our quality check team.
- Refund eligibility is subject to the product meeting all return conditions and parameters outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.
If the returned product does not meet the required refund conditions, Aureeka Jewels reserves the right to reject the refund request and return the product back to the customer.
EXCHANGE POLICY (WITHIN 2 DAYS)
You can request an exchange within 2 days of delivery in the following cases:

If the same item or variant is unavailable, our team will assist you with:
- A similar alternative or
- Wallet credit for future purchases
HOW TO INITIATE AN EXCHANGE
- Visit the Return / Exchange section on the Aureeka Jewels App or Website
- Enter your Order ID and registered mobile number
- Select the item(s) to be exchanged
- Upload at least two images
- Choose exchange reason and preferred pickup date
- Confirm and submit your exchange request
NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
- Any jewellery purchased using win coupons, reward cash, Aureeka Free Cash, wallet balance, promotional credits, or similar offers, where no actual payment is made by the customer, is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Products purchased using discount coupons, special promotional offers, or partial wallet usage, where the customer pays a reduced or zero amount, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Such transactions are considered final sale and non-refundable under all circumstances.
This policy is applicable to:
- Free cash or wallet-based purchases
- Coupon-earned jewellery
- Promotional giveaways
- Any transaction where the customer has not paid the full product value
- Clearance sale or “No Return” items (clearly mentioned on product page)
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Aureeka Jewels reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request after inspection
- Repeated misuse of the return policy may lead to account restrictions
- Final decision rests with Aureeka Jewels in case of disputes
