SHIPPING POLICY – AUREEKA JEWELS


At Aureeka Jewels, we work with reliable courier partners to ensure your jewellery is delivered safely, securely, and on time.


SAME DAY DELIVERY

  1. Same Day Delivery is available only for select pincodes in Indore.
  2. Availability is subject to order confirmation, stock availability, and successful payment.
  3. Same Day Delivery orders must be placed within the specified cut-off time communicated on the App or Website.

ORDER PROCESSING

  1. All orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday).
  2. Business hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).
  3. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  4. Packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.


DISPATCH TIMELINES

  1. Stock Items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page.
  2. Made-to-Order Items: Dispatched within 5–7 business days.
  3. Large Quantity Orders: May require an additional 1–3 business days for dispatch and may be bulk packed.

Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary due to operational or logistical factors.

  1. Estimated delivery time is 3–4 business days after dispatch.
  2. Delivery timelines depend on your pincode, location, and courier partner.
  3. Final delivery estimates are displayed on the product page and at checkout.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  1. Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD): A COD service charge will be applicable and will be shown at checkout.
  3. (COD charges are non-refundable.)


ORDER TRACKING

  1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking via application.
